The house

The apartment accommodates six guests and offers both short and long stays. The open-plan living and dining area has full-size windows, a balcony, a generous dining table, leather lounges and a large TV. The full kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker, with shops and restaurants close by.

Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, linens, side tables and reading lights. The primary bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a private ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom has a bathtub and a spacious shower. Internal laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and gym. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a hair dryer and an iron. Secure undercover parking is provided for one car, with free parking on the premises and free street parking also advertised.

The apartment is directly on the banks of the Yarra River, with waterfront, city skyline and marina views. Melbourne CBD is within strolling distance, and nearby attractions include Marvel Stadium and the bi-monthly Docklands Community Market.
