Communication support is available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The team will do its best to answer messages outside those hours. In emergencies, guests may call at any time. If staff are not on site, the team will do everything possible to assist remotely until they can arrive in person. You are staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. The team will try to address problems as soon as possible, but no one lives on site 24/7.
