The house

The open-concept home occupies a private oversized lot near the clubhouse. Two 9-foot rolling glass walls in the great room and kitchen open onto a covered tiled patio with southwest-facing leisure areas and a hot tub. The kitchen has a large granite island, stone/glass tile backsplash, G.E. Monogram stainless steel appliances, cookware and utensils. A private Peloton bike is available; bring your own spinning shoes. Community amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The home also provides a dryer, linens, towels, shampoo, hair dryer and iron/ironing board.
