The house

The apartment is on the fifth floor of a secure building with elevator access. The lower level has a large living area with a lounge, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opening directly onto a large furnished balcony with outdoor furniture and a dining table.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, a desk and skylight lighting. There is a shower room with a double vanity and a separate toilet. Facilities include Wi-Fi, heating, a dishwasher, washing machine and hair dryer. Toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided.

The train station is a five-minute walk away, and the city center is ten minutes away. Nearby are bus stops, mini-markets, restaurants, fast-food outlets and a bakery, with access to Périgueux’s pedestrianized historic center. Parking is available within the residence and on the street.

Self check-in uses a smart lock. The cleaning charge covers end-of-stay cleaning and rental of bed linen, towels, a bath mat and kitchen towels. Additional services offered include luggage storage, a private driver, children’s equipment and activities.
