The house

The open-plan kitchen and dining area has skylights, wood floors, a kitchen island, a dining table and a sofa area overlooking the garden. The separate living room has a decorative fireplace, leather sofa, chaise longue, glass coffee table and flat-screen TV.

The principal bedroom is on the top floor, with arched ceilings, a TV and an en-suite bathroom containing a large walk-in shower, double wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and a red feature wall. The third bedroom has a small home office area, while the fourth has a characterful fireplace and desk. Two family bathrooms respectively provide a bath and a shower.

The garden has wood decking, a picnic table and a barbecue. Kitchen equipment includes a cooker, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are provided, along with heating, linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. The hot tub is not currently in use.

The home is suitable for children and infants. Baby cots and high chairs can be hired. Subject to availability, additional services include airport pickups and private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, towel and linen changes, additional bedding or pillows, and early or late arrival or departure arrangements. A resident cat remains at the home during stays, so the property may not suit guests with allergies.
