The townhouse has two bedrooms and two newly updated full bathrooms. A remodeled kitchen supports home cooking, and the front patio offers outdoor dining. One bedroom has twin beds; the other has a queen-sized bed and a balcony. Shared outdoor facilities include a community pool, pool shower, and a rancho with tables and chairs. Restaurants, shops, a grocery store, a nail salon, and cafes are a short stroll away. Other amenities include television, beach essentials, sun loungers, children's books and toys, a high chair, and a travel crib. House cleaning is optional, and longer stays are allowed.

Minimum rental age is 18. Children aged 0–17 are allowed. Events and smoking are not permitted. One dog weighing less than 20 lbs is allowed. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM.
