## About the house

Guests have access to the entire property. The living room has a table and a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped, with grey cabinets and light wooden work surfaces. Behind the kitchen is a playroom with a flat-screen TV, PlayStation 4 and books, plus a separate WC. Outside, there is a terrace with seating. A baby bath, bed linens, children’s books and toys, and children’s dinnerware are provided.

The first floor has three double bedrooms, including one with an en-suite shower, WC and wash basin, as well as a family bathroom. The second floor has two twin bedrooms and another family bathroom with a bathtub, shower, WC and basin. All beds are supplied with bedding and bed linens.

The house is within walking distance of Scarborough’s attractions. Scarborough Train Station is a 20-minute walk away, with routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield. Bus route 12 serves Filey and Bridlington, while the X93 serves Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby and Middlesbrough. Whitby, Staithes, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey are within an hour’s drive. Pay-and-display parking is available in Scarborough.

Dogs are welcome. Guests must choose between a £250.00 damage deposit, subject to a £10.00 administration charge, and a £25.00 Accidental Damage Waiver covering up to £500.00 of accidental damage during the stay.

Guests must transfer a £250.00 damage deposit, subject to a £10.00 administration charge, or purchase a £25.00 Accidental Damage Waiver covering up to £500.00 of accidental damage during the stay. Dogs are welcome.
