Things to know
Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. This is a smoke-free home: violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The condo is upstairs. The street-side entrance has stairs; hanging chains discourage access by street traffic and the stairs are available for guest use. Wildlife, including insects, may be present indoors and outdoors.
