## About the house

The recently renovated house accommodates ten guests and has mostly new furniture, an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, and separate sitting areas. Upstairs are the main living areas, a master bedroom with ensuite, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a concealed laundry. Downstairs are a double bedroom, a twin-single bedroom, a bathroom, a games room with table tennis, and a small living area with a gaming setup. The bedding configuration comprises two queen beds, two double beds and two single beds.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and kettle. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, TV, DVD player, game console and dryer. Linen is supplied.

A front sundeck has ocean views and outdoor seating; a sheltered rear courtyard has a barbecue and backs onto state forest. Eastern View beach is a short walk away and is unpatrolled. Sulphur-crested cockatoos and king parrots frequently visit.

The home is professionally managed with local 24/7 support. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are also allowed. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.

Parking: Yes · Free on-site parking: two spaces at the top of the driveway, one halfway up near the water tank and two at the bottom. The driveway is very steep.

Eastern View beach is a short walk away and is unpatrolled. The house is uphill above the Great Ocean Road. The driveway is very steep, with parking at the top, halfway point and bottom. A walking track connects the house to the halfway point of the driveway for easier access.

Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events. Pets are not permitted. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. A security bond applies. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Use tank water carefully. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
