Questions
Questions guests ask before booking
Answered by the host; the same facts Chucho uses.
Is parking available onsite or nearby?
Sufficient free parking is available onsite and within the estate.
Is outside food allowed, and can guests cook?
Guests cannot access the kitchen. Mothers of infants or small children have limited access to boil milk or prepare their children's meals. A caretaker can help with menus from nearby restaurants if guests order in.
Is smoking or alcohol consumption permitted?
Smoking is allowed outside in the garden or lawn, not inside the home. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits, while late-night revelry and loud music are discouraged.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are good, but guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertising shoot?
Events and shoots are allowed subject to the homeowner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost, and no more than 18 people can stay overnight. Pool access for an event requires the homeowner's approval; a refundable deposit and additional charges may apply.
