## About the house

This compact studio is in a Chelsea apartment block on a quiet street. The open-plan living and sleeping area has a standard double bed and a dining table for two. An overhead projector and screen provide access to streaming platforms only, with no live television channels.

The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, combi microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The adjoining wet-room bathroom has an overhead shower, a single sink and a WC. Towels, bed linen, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided. The studio has central heating and a Dyson fan for warmer months; the building has an elevator. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Veeve provides a personal welcome, professional cleaning and hotel-quality linens and towels, with complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. Subject to availability, guests can order airport pickups and private transfers, bespoke welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towels and linen, and additional bedding or pillows. Baby cots and highchairs can be hired. Early or late check-in and late checkout may be requested.
