The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker and meal-preparation tools. Large windows bring natural light into the living areas. Central air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are available. All four bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV, a standard closet and access to a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. Two further bedrooms each have a queen bed and closet. The fourth bedroom has a crib, a bunk bed, a standard closet and access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A first-floor sitting room offers a sleeper sofa in an open additional sleeping area. All five sleeping areas have air conditioning. Upstairs bathrooms include a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with a shower and a hall full bathroom with a shower/tub combination; a half bathroom is on the first floor. The fenced, park-like backyard has a private heated saltwater pool, patio, gas grill and wood-burning fire pit. The pool is fenced. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. Instead of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
