The house

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building with an elevator, in a secluded area a few minutes from services. The living area has a double sofa bed, television and dining table, with access to a sea-view balcony. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and balcony access; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and sea view. The sleeping arrangements comprise two queen-size beds and one double sofa bed. The two bathrooms include one with a bidet and shower stall and one with a bidet and bathtub.

The kitchen includes a freezer, oven, refrigerator, juicer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, ceiling fan, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer and mosquito net. One parking space inside the property is free. Local experiences can be arranged on request.

Nice Airport is approximately one hour and ten minutes away by car, Genoa Airport just over two hours, and Sanremo train station twenty minutes.
