The apartment is on the ground floor of a building with an elevator, in a secluded area a few minutes from services. The living area has a double sofa bed, television and dining table, with access to a sea-view balcony. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and balcony access; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and sea view. The sleeping arrangements comprise two queen-size beds and one double sofa bed. The two bathrooms include one with a bidet and shower stall and one with a bidet and bathtub.

The kitchen includes a freezer, oven, refrigerator, juicer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, ceiling fan, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer and mosquito net. One parking space inside the property is free. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The published arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount depends on local regulations, with reservation information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
