No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 21:00–07:00. Not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.
Getting there
Trams stop outside the door for Southbank, the CBD, St Kilda, South Yarra and Toorak; tram sounds can be heard throughout the day. The airport is 25–30 minutes away by taxi. The Botanical Garden is across the street. The Tan is 5 minutes away and offers a 4 km walk. Car-sharing vehicles are a 1-minute walk away.
