## About the house

The apartment has a furnished living area with large windows, artwork from Japan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Australia and Africa, and movie projection onto a wall or ceiling. The sleeping area has an adjustable electric bed, clothing storage and a movable wall for privacy between living and sleeping spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin and Japanese cedar soaking tub with a view of the Shrine. Hot water and shampoo are provided.

Guests have full access to the property, self-check-in, 24/7 guest support, professional cleaning, hotel-quality bed linen and towels, unlimited Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washing machine and dryer. Safety equipment includes a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Trams stop outside the door, and an IGA food and liquor store is downstairs. The Botanical Garden is across the street, with museums, parks, dining and shopping nearby. Tram sounds can be heard throughout the day.

No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 21:00–07:00. Not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.
