## About the house

The open-plan living and kitchen area has wooden floors, exposed brickwork, a large warehouse window and designer furnishings. The green-tiled kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, hob, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. A dining table seats four and doubles as a workspace. A separate cupboard contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedroom has a super king-sized bed, bedside tables and wardrobe space. The bathroom has black-and-white tiling, a large walk-in shower, WC, sink and heated mirror. The flat has central heating, free wireless internet, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, towels, bed linen and basic toiletries. Smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. There is no TV.

Veeve provides a personal arrival welcome, professional cleaning, hotel-quality linens and towels, and complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. Subject to availability, additional services can be ordered, including early or late arrival, late departure, airport pickups and private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towels and linens, and extra bedding or pillows.

Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
