The house

The home has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The equipped kitchen includes a Wolf oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. A home theater has seating for ten and a 106-inch screen. Other facilities include Sonos speakers, a usable fireplace, central air conditioning, weight training equipment and two washer/dryer sets, one on each floor.

Three bedrooms are on the main floor: two with a queen bed each and a primary bedroom with a king bed, full ensuite bathroom and balcony/deck. A fourth bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and streaming TV. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The main-floor shared bathroom and lower-level bathroom each have a shower/tub combination; the primary ensuite has a shower and tub. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

The landscaped backyard has a private heated outdoor pool with an attached hot tub. A 900-square-foot uncovered deck has a dining table for ten, a sectional sofa and a six-burner Weber Summit gas grill. Outdoor facilities include a hot-and-cold shower, beach chairs, lounge chairs, patio furniture and a fenced yard.

Southampton Village, ocean beaches and Shinnecock Hills Golf Club are minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
