The equipped kitchen includes a Wolf oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. A home theater has seating for ten and a 106-inch screen. Other facilities include Sonos speakers, a usable fireplace, central air conditioning, weight training equipment and two washer/dryer sets, one on each floor. Three bedrooms are on the main floor: two with a queen bed each and a primary bedroom with a king bed, full ensuite bathroom and balcony/deck. A fourth bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and streaming TV. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The main-floor shared bathroom and lower-level bathroom each have a shower/tub combination; the primary ensuite has a shower and tub. If the same dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation is collected. If no replacement booking is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection; coverage details are in the booking agreement.
