The house

The Shinnecock Hideaway sits at the end of a private, tree-lined street, close to golf and ocean beaches. The renovated interior has hardwood floors, large windows, black-and-white striped curtains and yellow accents, with furnished living areas and bedding provided.

The open kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pot coffee maker, cookware, dishes and silverware. Outdoors are a pool, deck, lounge chairs, gas grill and an oversized teak patio table seating 10.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor: a king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and television, and a queen bedroom. Upstairs are three queen bedrooms and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. All seven bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; Bedroom 3 also has a television. There are two full bathrooms on each floor, including the main-floor ensuite.

Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels are provided. The home also has a private entrance, cable and smart television, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a travel crib. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
