The living area combines wooden armchairs, a cream leather sofa, a maritime painting and herringbone parquet flooring. The modern kitchen has wood cabinetry, a stone backsplash, integrated appliances and a dining table seating four. Equipment includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware.

The main bedroom has an orange accent wall and matching curtains. The second bedroom has vintage wooden furniture and a desk suitable for work or reading. A compact yellow office beside the living area also serves as a sleeping space. One of the apartment's beds is a sofa bed.
