House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Dogs incur a $75 fee per dog. No early or late check-ins March 1–September 7. Starter supplies cover the first 24 hours. Beach gear is not guaranteed.
Getting there
Public beach access is one block away and within walking distance. The condo is on the second floor, with stairs only and no elevator. Parking is limited to two vehicles, using assigned space A5 and visitor parking.
