## About the house

The SandPiper is a second-floor condo for up to six guests, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private living room and a private entrance. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. Access is by stairs only, with no elevator.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils and cooking basics. Central air conditioning and heating, free internet with Wi-Fi, a television, laptop-friendly space, washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, hangers, linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided. There is a bathtub and hot water, plus a smoke detector and fire extinguisher.

Forest Ridge Village has walking paths, a shared swimming pool and tennis courts. The condo has a patio or balcony area; adult bikes are also included among the amenities. Public beach access is one block away and can be reached on foot. Beach essentials are offered, but beach gear is not guaranteed. Free parking includes assigned space A5 and visitor parking, with a maximum of two vehicles.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $75 per dog. Starter supplies cover the first 24 hours. Monthly winter stays are available December through February.
