Welcome to Blue Suede Views! Located in the Sanctuary Condos along sunny Sandbridge Beach, this beautiful two-level condo offers gorgeous south-facing views of the beach and Back Bay. With 2,630 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy your time at the beach. Thoughtfully decorated throughout, the home features three private balconies, an upgraded chef's kitchen, and high ceilings that create a bright, spacious feel.

The inviting main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, hardwood floors, and sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony with seating for four and fantastic ocean and Back Bay views. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for four at the spacious wraparound bar. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, accessories, and gadgets you'll need to prepare meals during your stay.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, along with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Upstairs, the penthouse suite offers a comfortable retreat with an upholstered rocking chair and access to a private balcony furnished with lounge chairs and beautiful views. The downstairs primary suite features its own spacious private balcony with gorgeous views and rocking chairs, along with a private full bathroom. The second downstairs suite also includes a private full bathroom, while the fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
