Blue Suede Views has 2,630 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, high ceilings and three private balconies. The main living area has comfortable seating, hardwood floors and sliding doors onto a balcony with seating for four. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the wraparound bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, a microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher.

The upstairs penthouse suite has an upholstered rocking chair and a private balcony with lounge chairs. The downstairs primary suite has a private balcony with rocking chairs and a private full bathroom. A second downstairs suite also has a private full bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with one king bed each, one with a queen bed, and a fourth with a twin-over-full bunk bed and pull-out twin trundle.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and there is a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, TV, cable, a DVD player and an iron. The oceanfront complex offers beach access, an elevator, a gym/fitness room, a gas grill and a seasonal community pool. Free parking is available for two vehicles.

The renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–10:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. Pets are not allowed.
