## About the house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests across three levels. Level 1 has a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with a standing shower, and a den with a refrigerator and access to the pool, hot tub, and gas and charcoal grills. Level 2 has two king ensuite bedrooms with standing showers and deck access, plus a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets that share a bathroom. Level 3 has an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access, along with a half bathroom, great room, kitchen and dining area.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, an iron and ironing board, pillows and blankets. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Entertainment includes multiple TVs/DVDs, cable TV and an arcade game. A wet bar and seasonal gas fireplace are also available.

Outside are a private outdoor pool with a pool alarm, hot tub, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and five beach chairs. The pool deck connects to a shared beach walkway at Porpoise Point Central Access. Community facilities include tennis and pickleball courts; tennis courts are across the street. Corolla's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. K Club Golf and a Welcome Program are included among the amenities.

The private pool's published opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. Parking accommodates six vehicles. Check-in and checkout are on Sundays. Optional early check-in is available in limited quantities each week for an additional fee.
