The 110 m² apartment has an open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings, parquet flooring, an original fireplace, contemporary furnishings, artwork and large French windows. The dining area seats six.

The open, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The principal bedroom has one queen-size double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. A separate family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, and there is an additional separate toilet.

The apartment is on the second floor with an external elevator. Communal heating is controlled by the building and operates from October to May. Fans are provided in all bedrooms from May to September. Free internet is available, but the Wi-Fi signal is weak in the principal bedroom.

A resident cat will be away during guest stays, but the home may not suit people with allergies. Children and infants are welcome. Other facilities include a TV, sound system, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.
