The apartment sits behind a Haussmannian exterior and has large, high-ceilinged rooms with colourful furnishings, modern art, antique decorative pieces and ornate fireplaces. The dining room combines vintage and modern furniture, with glass-panelled doors opening into a sitting room overlooking a park.
The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen-size bed. The main bedroom has an ensuite. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning, and fans are provided in every bedroom between May and September.
Facilities include an elevator, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and towels. There is free internet, a TV, piano and sound system, along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
