The house

The apartment has open-plan living and dining, an extra-large balcony overlooking the beach, two bathrooms including an ensuite, and an internal laundry. The bedrooms are at the back of the building. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed; Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. A washer, dryer, TV, iron, bathtub, bed linen, towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided. Wi-Fi is included.

Guests have access to the resort's shared outdoor pool, sauna, two spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room. The building has an elevator. Free basement parking is available for one car per unit, and free street parking is also advertised. Cafes, boutique shops and restaurants are a moment's walk away.

Included linen comprises sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels, with triple-sheeted beds. Basic supplies include hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid and cleaning spray. A starter pack provides bin liners, dishwasher tablets, cloth wipes and toilet paper; guests on longer stays may need to replenish these. Bring beach towels and personal toiletries. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Longer stays are allowed.
