The house

The apartment has Juliet balconies, polished parquet floors and classical furniture. A bright living room connects with a dining room featuring an early-20th-century wood burner and a bespoke dining table seating six.

The contemporary kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include a washing machine, television, piano, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. The building has an elevator.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and courtyard views. The second bedroom has a trundle sleeping arrangement, with books and trinkets lining a wall. There is a white shower room and a separate toilet. Fans are provided in all bedrooms between May and September.

The surrounding neighbourhood has cafés, art galleries and boutique shops, with Saint-Germain-des-Prés Abbey and Luxembourg Garden nearby. Free internet is available.
