House rules
No smoking. No pets. Saturday arrivals and departures. Special events are permitted by arrangement; the published special-event fee is $1,500 plus tax, with 2027 events explicitly welcomed at this charge. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not operate the elevator if its gates or door locks malfunction, or if unusual sounds or abnormal movement occur; do not attempt repairs. Advance reservations more than 51 weeks ahead are permitted. Early check-in is offered in limited weekly quantities for an additional, unspecified fee. The electric fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027.
Getting there
The beach is steps away via a private walkway with steps. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
