# The Ritz in Pine Island Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 27 guests and has nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms: 10 full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. Furnishings, custom tile and walnut acacia hardwood floors extend through the home. The bed inventory comprises five kings, four queens, one double, one twin and two double/twin duo bunk sets. The top level has an ocean-view great room with sofas, a game table, kitchen counter seating and a dining area. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two cooktops, two dishwashers, three ovens, a commercial ice maker and a wine cooler. An oceanside king ensuite with a private deck completes this level, alongside a half bathroom and laundry. The middle level has a sports bar with a pool table and kitchenette, a private den with a full bathroom, four ensuite bedrooms and a half bathroom. Three bedrooms have deck access; the double-and-twin bedroom has a loft play area. The lower level has four ensuite bedrooms, a theater room, a game room with foosball, an arcade game and kitchenette, a half bathroom and laundry. An elevator serves the home. Outside are a private outdoor pool, adjacent hot tub, landscaped grounds, shaded seating, a rooftop tanning deck accessible from the upper levels, and a poolside cabana with an outdoor kitchen, wet bar, TV and dining area. Other facilities include a gas grill, fenced-in yard, basketball hoop, dune deck, outdoor shower and pool alarm. Indoor amenities include bumper pool, streaming TV and a seasonally available electric fireplace. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and five beach chairs are provided.
