The Rising Sun offers individual hotel rooms, most of which are doubles; two twin rooms have sea views. Standard rooms have double beds and either a shower or a bath with shower attachment. Seaview rooms have either showers or a bath with shower attachment; twin occupancy is available in seaview rooms. Shelley’s Cottage is a renovated romantic suite for two with a double bedroom, sitting room, private garden and views. Hotel rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The property is in Lynmouth, Devon, at the mouth of the River Lyn and on the edge of Exmoor National Park.
