The light-filled great room offers space to relax and dine, alongside a full kitchen with ample preparation space, a full suite of appliances, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. A loft provides additional sleeping quarters or a children's hangout space, and there is a separate family room.

Each of the four bedrooms has linens, a TV and wood furnishings. The bedroom arrangement includes one king bed, two queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed. Towels, central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer and dog beds are provided. Outside, two wrap-around decks offer panoramic views, and a BBQ grill is available.

A local marina offering boat rentals is two miles away, with fishing piers in the area. The Appalachian Trail, Blue Ridge Parkway, Nantahala Outdoor Center and Bryson City are within a short drive. Stairs are required to access the property. Cellular service may be limited in this rural location; a landline phone is available. The home is professionally managed by VueStay Vacations.
