The home accommodates up to 11 guests in five bedrooms, with 5.5 bathrooms. The open-plan main level includes a bar, dining area, large mudroom, and a patio with a built-in grill and seating. A junior suite on this level has a smart TV. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic bed, a large balcony, and an expanded shower and tub. Two additional upstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and smart TVs. The basement bedroom has a bunk and trundle.

The basement recreation area includes an eight-foot pool table, a 14-foot shuffleboard table, a TV, a bar table, a darts gaming area, and a board-game/TV nook. The home has a private hot tub, a Sonos sound system in the main areas, a fireplace, forced-air heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Nest thermostats, LED lighting, oak flooring, and upgraded furnishings. The full kitchen includes professional-grade appliances, a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kitchen basics. A washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron are provided.

Parking is available for four cars. The heated garage includes ski and snowboard storage and a heated boot-warmer rack. The home has a private entrance and self check-in. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided.

Guests have access to the neighboring Wildhorse Meadows amenity area, including a heated outdoor pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room with strength and cardio machines and free weights, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, an arcade system, and Xbox. Shared facilities also include changing areas, lockers, showers, a lounge, a water feature, and a firepit. The amenity area, including the fitness and game rooms, opens from 10 AM to 10 PM on a first-come, first-served basis. The Wildhorse Gondola provides access to the resort base area in winter; an on-call around-town shuttle also operates in winter.
