The house

The approximately 2,000-square-foot home accommodates up to six guests. An open floor plan connects the living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and television, and the dining table seats six. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pot coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A dedicated work area has a desk and seating. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer are available.

All three bedrooms are on the main floor. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV, closet and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a closet; the third has a queen bed and a closet. Each bedroom has air conditioning. One full bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The fenced yard includes a private heated outdoor saltwater pool, an uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a dining table with umbrella, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. Free on-property parking is available. Nearby beaches include Main Beach, Georgica Beach, Wiborg Beach, Eqypt Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach. Restaurants, shops and galleries in East Hampton and Sag Harbor are a short drive away.

Reservations require approval before confirmation. The homeowner handles property preparation, arrival coordination, maintenance and guest communication after booking; a StayMarquis Guest Experience Manager can help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or a private chef.
