## About the house

The home has a large central living and dining area with a commercial espresso machine and coffee grinder. Outdoors, a louvered gazebo provides seating alongside an outdoor fire and barbecue. There is a garden and patio, heating, an iron and a hot outdoor shower.

The basic kitchen includes a six-burner hob, small bench toaster oven and fridge-freezer; a microwave is also included in the equipment summary. A standard television and DVD player are provided. There are no Freeview channels, so bring your own Chromecast connector if needed. Unlimited Wi-Fi and linen are included.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and king single bed, with a trundle that cannot fully extend in that room; it can be moved into one of the double bedrooms if required. The indoor bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet, and there is a separate hot outdoor shower.

Off-street parking includes space for a boat up to 7 m. Kuaotunu Beach is three minutes’ drive along State Highway 25. The home is between Opito Bay to the east and Matarangi to the west; Kuaotunu is a 20-minute drive from Whitianga.
