Before you book
House rules
The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is six. Additional guests require express approval. Smoking is not permitted. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. One dog weighing 40 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $150.00 per booking. Dogs over 40 lbs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval; please inquire. The additional-fees schedule specifies $150 per dog per booking. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included. Additional cleanings may be requested at the guest's expense. A refundable cash security deposit of $1,000 is required, subject to a separate Security Deposit Agreement signed by owner and guest before check-in. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation is requested, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or higher price and the replacement reservation is paid in full, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount will be issued. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. The owner may need to show the property to prospective renters or buyers. Advance notice and reasonable daytime scheduling will be sought.
Getting there
The bedrooms span the main and second floors. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach.
