# The Preserve Hideaway Southampton, New York, United States (general area) ## About the house Set on a private block in Southampton, this approximately 2,800-square-foot home has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with large windows. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, a coffee pot and Nespresso machine. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, televisions and in-home laundry are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are included. The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV, closet and full ensuite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a queen bedroom with a balcony/deck, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with a queen Murphy bed and TV. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. A half bathroom is on the main floor, and the upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The fenced backyard contains a private heated outdoor freshwater pool, swing set, wood-burning fire pit, outdoor shower and ping-pong table. The pool itself is not fenced. An uncovered deck/patio, gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, lounge chairs, beach chairs and a cooler are available. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or higher price and the replacement reservation is paid in full, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount will be issued. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. The owner may need to show the property to prospective renters or buyers.
