The house

The apartment accommodates four guests across two upstairs bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite and a private balcony; the second bedroom has two single beds. A second full bathroom downstairs includes a shower, modern vanity and complimentary toiletries.

The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto a generous balcony with leafy suburb and city views. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher, and the dining table seats four. The living area has two sofas, a TV, split-system air conditioning and heating, and a ceiling fan. The main balcony has an outdoor sofa for relaxed dining.

Wi-Fi, a private washing machine and free garage parking for one car are available. Guests have access to the building’s shared inground pool. A smoke detector, hair dryer and iron are provided.

The Brisbane River and Auchenflower train station are a five-minute stroll away. Paddington, West End and Brisbane’s CBD are within a 10-minute drive.
