House rules
Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. The ninth and tenth guests are accommodated on a pull-out sofa. Long-term stays are allowed. The home is listed for sale; the property manager can arrange showings at a convenient time.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Koloa town and Poipu Beach are minutes away. Poipu Beach Athletic Club is approximately a five-minute drive away. Bedrooms 3 and 4 connect through a lockable privacy door and each has separate outdoor access. Contact the property team before booking for help planning bedroom assignments.
