The Plumeria Retreat at Poipu occupies a quiet cul-de-sac, with golf-course views on one side and mountains and greenery on the other. The home accommodates up to ten guests and has open-plan living and dining areas, a kitchen island, and a round dining table seating eight. Each bedroom has a television, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, a blender and a rice cooker. Refrigerators and coffee makers are available on both floors. Two washer-and-dryer sets are located upstairs and in the garage.

Outdoor features include a large deck, a personal putting green, a private yard, a private grill and an outdoor shower. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cooler and beach toys are provided. Guests have access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club, approximately a five-minute drive away, with a resort-style pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, an open-air gym and yoga studio.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and private lanai access. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 connect through a lockable privacy door and each also has separate outdoor access. The ninth and tenth guests sleep on a pull-out sofa. The home is listed for sale, and the property manager can arrange showings at a convenient time.
