House rules
Use is limited to private residential purposes and the guests recorded on the booking unless otherwise agreed in advance. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of changes. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only children over the age of 10 are recommended to use the top bunks. Vintage arcade machines must be handled carefully and must not be used by children under eight. Pets are prohibited unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised. Specified arrival days may apply during peak periods. The optional Pink Lodge Studio apartment incurs an additional fee.
Getting there
Beachfront location with beach access. Parking is limited to two car spaces.
