## About the house

The lodge occupies a former hall and recreation space and accommodates up to 18 guests. Three bedrooms each have a king bed, and the fourth is a bunk room. There are three bathrooms plus a powder room, a kitchen and an open-plan dining and lounge area. The main living/dining area and recreation room have high ceilings, polished timber floors and split-system heating and cooling. Recreation facilities include table tennis, vintage pinball and arcade machines, a game console, an 85-inch smart TV and surround sound. Linen is provided. Other facilities include a barbecue, balcony or patio, outdoor seating, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, dryer, iron, heating, smoke detector, and children's books and toys. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Local professional management provides 24/7 support. The Pink Lodge Studio apartment can be added for an additional fee.

Only children over the age of 10 are recommended to use the top bunks. Vintage arcade machines must be handled carefully and must not be used by children under eight. Pets are prohibited unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised. Specified arrival days may apply during peak periods. The optional Pink Lodge Studio apartment incurs an additional fee.
