House rules
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. No parties or venue use, no smoking and no pets. Extra cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal may incur additional charges. The upstairs bathroom has a heritage-listed roof pitch and does not provide full height above the bath or toilet; taller guests may need to use the toilet while seated. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge by prior arrangement.
Getting there
The property is on Nelson's Wakefield Quay waterfront. Tāhunanui Beach is 2.3 km away and Nelson city centre is less than a 5-minute drive. Nelson Airport is 10 minutes by car. There is a short flight of steps from the parking or street level to the home and a stairway between levels. A single off-street parking space is available, with additional on-street parking. The waterfront road and port area can create some road and port noise.
