The Phoenix is a resort with one-, two- and three-bedroom suite categories. Suites include a living room, Caribbean-facing veranda and kitchen; the one-bedroom suites have a full kitchen, while two- and three-bedroom suites have fully equipped kitchens. Red Ginger serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., with indoor air-conditioned dining, a garden patio and room service.
