House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are not allowed. For bookings made 61 or more days before arrival, 15% is due at booking; 31–60 days before arrival, 50% is due; within 30 days of arrival, 100% is due. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, advance payments are refunded less a $175 taxed cancellation fee. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee are retained. Within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Getting there
The beach is just steps away. Tybee’s north beach and Tybee Lighthouse are easily accessible, and local shops and restaurants are a short stroll away. All four bedrooms are on the third floor; the home has a private elevator.
