## About the house

The home has two living-area seating spaces, a queen sleeper sofa, a wet bar and a pool table. A screened-in porch provides lounge seating and a ping pong table. The kitchen has a large island with countertop seating, modern appliances and an adjacent dining area for the group. Hardwood floors run throughout the home, and a laundry room includes a washer and dryer.

All four bedrooms are on the third floor and have flat-screen TVs. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 each have a king bed; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. The queen sleeper sofa is in the second-floor living room.

The landscaped outdoor area includes a private pool with a cooling feature, optional heating for a fee, multiple seating areas, a deck, patio, fenced yard, gas grill and outdoor shower. Other facilities include a private elevator, free parking, free EV charging, air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet and a laptop-friendly area. Linens and bath towels are provided. Security cameras are present in common areas.

The beach is just steps away, with easy access to Tybee’s north beach and Tybee Lighthouse. Local shops and restaurants are a short stroll away, and historic Savannah is a short drive away.

The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.

For bookings made 61 or more days before arrival, 15% is due at booking; 31–60 days before arrival, 50% is due; within 30 days of arrival, 100% is due.

For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, advance payments are refunded less a $175 taxed cancellation fee. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee are retained. Within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
