Its open-plan living and dining areas have large windows and bay views. A wood-burning stove provides warmth in the living room, and the kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cookware and dishes. The main-floor primary bedroom has one king bed, bay views, air conditioning, a streaming TV, a standard closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second-floor loft bedroom has one queen bed, one twin bed, air conditioning and a standard closet. A second full bathroom on the main floor has a shower/tub combination. Linens, bath and beach towels, and a hair dryer are provided. Outdoor facilities include a covered deck/patio, dining furniture, lounge chairs, a charcoal grill and a gas fire pit. The private beachfront is steps from the house, with additional seating near the shoreline. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and parking are available. The home has a private entrance, television in the main living room, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Additional guests and events are prohibited unless expressly approved. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during a stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog weighing 40 lbs or less is permitted for $200.00 per booking. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued once the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. In lieu of a security deposit, the property carries up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may need to show the home to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime showings.
