The living room has a couch, two recliners, chairs and a flat-screen TV with cable, with space to gather for cards or board games.
The full, well-stocked kitchen has ample counter space and modern appliances. A reclaimed-wood dining table seats six, and the wood deck provides an outdoor dining option with panoramic coastline views. Unobstructed ocean views from the deck and windows include Yaquina Head Lighthouse. The home also has a small yard and free Wi-Fi.
The cottage is at the Nye Beach Turnaround, near shopping, dining and entertainment in Nye Beach and along Bay Street in Newport. Nye Beach is reached by walking down 50 stair steps to the beach turnaround.
